From April 14th, 2012 through April 25th, 2012 starting at 1pm, the Historic Wilmington Foundation Azalea Festival Home Tour will feature houses in downtown Wilmington, NC, that have been selected for individual appeal and architectural or historical significance. All proceeds from the Home Tour will advance the Historic Wilmington Foundation’s efforts to protect and preserve the irreplaceable historic resources of Wilmington and the Lower Cape Fear region. Since 1966, the foundation has successfully saved more than 200 historic properties from demolition.
Admission for the event will be $25.00 per person. Tickets for the event are available at Harris Teeter stores, the Azalea Festival Office (5725 Oleander Drive), the Historic Wilmington Foundation Office (2011 Market Street), and online.
