The 2011 39th Annual Cape Fear Chapter Annual Antique Automobile Show will be held at Independence Mall on March 26, 2011.
Registration for cars is from 9 to 11:30am, and judging begins at noon. The awards presentation is scheduled for 3pm. The contest is open to all AACA classes and Special Interest vehicles, 25 years and older (1986). There will be door prizes, a 50/50 cash drawing, a hospitality tent as well as several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Trophies for 1st and 2nd places will be awarded. There are also categories for Best Prewar Car, Best Postwar Car, Best Custom/Modified Car, Independence Mall Manager’s Choice, Youngest Driver, Oldest Driver, Best of Show and the Chester Counts Memorial Award.
